My idea is to propose an "Inequality bill" that makes it illigal for corporations to pay any workers, male or female differently to their coworkers for the same position no matter the terms of the contract they sign.
There are many people in australia who are being paid unfairly in relation to their peers. While it is illigal to discriminate under the fair work act, many people do not share pay details and so are not able to easily ask the question. This bill would have a government auditor, who would randomly (or if tipped off) compare the remuneration of staff members of equal positions with heavy financial punishments for offending companies. This brings in line not just female equality but equality for all!
