Nikola Tesla designed a tower to harness the natural electricity in the Earth's atmosphere. Environmentally friendly, free and sustainable. The tests were successful but at the time big business turned its back on providing "free elecdtricity"

With the ever increasing coast of electricty and the constant fear of global warming all alternative electricty production should be explored. The Telsa Tower showed great promise in utilising the Earth's natural electical force to produce electricity. We should explore this option to power the outback of Australia and if successful the centre of Australia could then generate enough power for the whole of the country. Instead of burying our heads in the sand and allowing big business to dictate the escalating costs of spiralling electricty, Australia owes it to future generations to investigate this option. Truely clean and green energy with no emissions is that not something that we should be striving for to benefit future generations.
