Retiree's to assist young people gain their driving hours. Retiree's have the time, knowledge and skills that they can pass onto young people trying to get their drivers licence.

Our youth have parents that are both working. They don't have alot of spare time to assist their children with gaining the necessary hours to complete their log books. Families are struggling financially and cannot afford for private tuition either. Retirees have spare time on their hands and a vehicle that they can teach others how to drive. It will get the retirees out of the house. Give them purpose. They also have the opportunity to build a relationship with these families and take on a role such as a grand parent. It will also reduce accidents. I would create an app that can match the person wishing to give lessons with the person who needs lessons.
