CASE STUDY: The Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative

Young Leaders of the Americas (YLAI) Initiative is available for participants aged 21-35 years from across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Through specific training as well as fellowships at businesses and civil society organisations in the US, they are given the opportunity to expand their leadership and entrepreneurial experience.

The end goal is for participants to attract investments and support for their entrepreneurial ventures in their home communities.

YLAI hopes to generate $1 billion for emerging business and social entrepreneurs by the end of 2017.
