CASE STUDY: Stockport's personalised mental health support
Mental Health is increasingly being recognised as not something the medical system alone can fix.
So the medical system in Stockport in the UK is changing to better assist those with mental illnesses. Rather than focusing on typical treatment regimes, new services ask participants what they would like to achieve in their lives, help them to set goals to manage these, and provide tools to achieve them.
